This past year one pickup truck was transferred to the Parks Department and another truck was sold at the surplus auction. This particular truck will have a flatbed attached to use with one of our sanders during the winter. Public Works issued an Invitation to Bid to purchase a 1 Ton Pickup Truck. The Invitation to Bid included specific instructions to the bidders regarding the requirements that the Streets Division had. The bid opening was on November 18, 2015. A bid tabulation and recommendation will be provided at the time of the City Council meeting.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize staff to issue a “Notice of Award” to _______ for the purchase of a 1 Ton Pickup Truck, and authorize the Mayor sign all necessary documents.
