There are currently three employees that share two trucks, one of which has in excess of 140,000 miles. Public Works issued an Invitation to Bid to purchase a Half Ton Pickup Truck. The Invitation to Bid included specific instructions to the bidders regarding the requirements that the Treatment Division had. The bid opening was on November 18, 2015. A bid tabulation and recommendation will be provided at the time of the City Council meeting.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize staff to issue a “Notice of Award” to _______ for the purchase of a Half Ton Pickup Truck, and authorize the Mayor sign all necessary documents.
