SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On July 26, 2012 the McCall City Council recognized the need to re-write McCall City Code Title 4 due to the majority being outdated. After many reviews and revisions of the McCall City
Code Title 4 it is time for the final review. The purpose of this work session is for staff to review with the Council the entire Title 4 and make any revisions. At the next City Council
Meeting the re-write will come to Council in ordinance form for adoption.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Review the recommended proposed code revision of the McCall City Code Title 4 rewrite ordinance.
