SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The intent of this agenda bill is to present a draft agreement for prosecutor services between Kiiha Law Office, PLLC, and the City of McCall for execution of city prosecutor services.
Although Mr. Kiiha originally stated that he would be unable to continue providing prosecutor services to the city, he has since been able to re-align his workload to allow for continued
service to the City of McCall. This presentation will be to introduce the request for renewal of contract with Jay Kiiha, and to allow for initial review of the draft agreement. A subsequent
presentation requesting approval of the Council will be made on 17 December. The existing agreement with Mr. Kiiha terminates on 31 December, 2015.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Obtain initial direction, if needed, regarding the proposal to renew a contract for prosecutor services between the City of McCall and Kiiha Law Office PLLC.
