SUMMARY STATEMENT:
McCall City Code has both misdemeanor and infraction level violations. The McCall Police Department wishes to revise McCall City Code to standardize and simplify the punishment and
penalties section of the code by making each violation an infraction thereby allowing the notice of violation and payment processing to be more streamlined. This is an introduction
to the proposed process and handouts will be supplied at the meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Council approval for staff to identify Codes Sections where changes are necessary and draft the proposed changes to the McCall City Code.
