SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On July 26, 2012 the McCall City Council recognized the need to re-write McCall City Code Title 4 due to the majority being outdated. After many reviews and revisions of the McCall City
Code Title 4 it is time for adoption.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Suspend the rules, read by title only, one time only, Ordinance No. _____, amending McCall City Code Title 4 Business Regulations.
2. Adopt Ordinance No. ____, amending McCall City Code Title 4 Business Regulations, approve the publication of the summary, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
