SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the December 3, 2015 City Council Meeting staff presented a fee schedule for Title 4. Council reviewed the fees and requested some changes. Staff has made those changes and requests
that Council review the attached fee schedule. The City complied with Idaho Code 63-1311A, by placing a Public Notice in the Star-News on December 3 and 10, 2015 announcing a public
hearing on December 17, 2015 to consider changes to the business regulations’ fee schedule in the City Clerk Department
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Hold the public hearing.
2. Approve Resolution 15-21 adopting McCall City Code Title 4 Business Regulation Fee Schedule and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
