SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The intent of this agenda bill is to present the draft Cooperative Wastewater Treatment Agreement between the City of McCall and PLRWSD for receipt of comments, questions, or concerns
from City Council. This draft agreement provides an outline of responsibilities for the following:
The City’s responsibility for treatment of effluent collected by the City and PLRWSD infrastructure.
PLRWSD’s responsibility for operational control of the City-owned J-Ditch System in the execution of land application.
Collaborative responsibilities for facilities planning, budgeting, employee cross training, and data/record sharing.
A process to resolve, at the lowest level, disputes, or defaults that arise through operations under this draft agreement.
This draft agreement was presented within a work session on February 12, 2015 to City Council. Subsequently on February 18, 2015 this contract was presented to the District Board, and
no comments or concerns were voiced by the District Board at that meeting. A subsequent agenda bill has been submitted requesting approval of this agreement by City Council.

This agenda bill is for informational purposes only in an attempt to identify comments, questions, or concerns held by City Council regarding the Draft Cooperative Wastewater Treatment
Agreement enclosed with this agenda bill.
