SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The intent of this agenda bill is to request approval to present a proposed modification of McCall City Code Title 8, Chapter 16, Paragraph 3 (H). As referenced in the enclosed letter
the intent of this modification is to remove language which allows use of seasonal aircraft tie-down spaces for vehicle parking during summer months on the airport. Use of these spaces
for parking of personal vehicles has been identified as a safety concern by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the 2009 and 2014 airport compliance inspections, and the FAA
has directed the airport to resolve this safety concern by finding another location to park these vehicles.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve proposal to amend the McCall City Code Title 8, Chapter 16, Paragraph 3 (H).
