AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE
TOWN OF GULF STREAM REPEALING ORDINANCE 84 -2
RELATING TO ANIMALS BEING TAKEN ON THE PUBLIC
BEACHES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF
GULF STREAM, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 84 -2 of the Code of Ordinances
of the Town of Gulf Stream, relating to the prohibition of any
person taking any domestic pet upon the public beaches, is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on second reading this 13th
day of September , 1985.
