AN ORDINANCE AUIHORIZING THE OP~q PUBLIC
SALE AT AUCTION OF CJ~TAIN REAL PROPERTY
WHICH IS NOF NRFBED FOR PUBLIC USE
~qEREAS, the Mayor and CounciI of the Borough of Carteret have determined
that certain real property situated in the Borough is not needed for
public use; a~xt
WHEREAS, the Local Lands and Building Laws of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A.
40A:12-1 et seq., authorizes the sale of real property not needed for public
use by open public sale at auction to the highest bidder.
N(~, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the blayor and CounciI of the Borough of
Carteret, in the County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
The Borough Clerk is authorized to effectuate the sale
of certain real property listed hereinafter, by advertising
said sale at least once per week during two (2) consecutive
weeks, the second advertisement being inserted not earlier
than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date of the
open public sale.
The properties which are listed below are hereby determined
to be not needed for public use and shall be offered for
open public sale at auction to the highest bidder.

The terms of the open public sale, including reservation of
