Department Approvals Initials Originator or Supporter   Mayor / Council     City Manager     Clerk     Treasurer     Community Development  Originator   Police Department     Public Works     Golf Course    COST IMPACT: N/A Parks and Recreation    FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Airport      Library    TIMELINE: ASAP Information Systems      Grant Coordinator    SUMMARY STATEMENT: Zoning map amendment request and associated Development Agreement to change the zoning of a single parcel, addressed 800 Lakeside Avenue, from R8 – Medium Density Residential to CC – Community Commercial zone to directly permit the existing professional office use of the former Forest Service building on the property and to accommodate permitted use of the facility for workforce housing with related amenities. The proposed CC-Community Commercial zoning is consistent with adjacent properties and the Lardo Concept Plan within the McCall Area Comprehensive Plan. At the March 3, 2015 meeting, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of application ZON-15-01 to City Council with omission of one condition of approval recommended by staff (see attached Staff Report). The meeting included a public hearing at which no one appeared or provided written comment in favor or opposition to this application. The City Attorney has reviewed the attached Development Agreement, Ordinance and Summary. The full land use file is available at City Hall, 216 E. Park Street, McCall, Idaho, during normal business hours.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Conduct the Public Hearing for ZON-15-01 and 2. Approve ZON-15-01, subject to the presented Findings and Conclusions. 3. Suspend the rules and read by title only one time only Ordinance No ____. 4. Adopt Ordinance No.  ___, approve the publication of the summary, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents. 5.
