SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Sabala Whitetail LLC (“Shore Lodge”) desires to install an underground fiber optic utility conduit within the City’s Lakeside Avenue right of way (ROW). This license agreement stipulates
the conditions for which the City will allow for this private utility to be installed within the ROW and the responsibilities of the Shore Lodge to maintain and operate this utility.
Major requirements include, but are not limited to: responsibility for the Shore Lodge to pay for any/all relocation costs, participation in Digline, Inc. progarm, and securing a ROW
permit from the McCall Streets Department for construction activities associated with the utility installation.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the proposed license agreement, and authorize the Mayor to sign all applicable documentation.
