SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Parks and Recreation Department was in need of a copier as the one we had died. P&R acquired the old copier from the Treasure/HR office. A maintenance contract with Fishers Document
Systems for the City photo copiers was previously approved by the Council. This addendum is only for the copier at Parks and Rec.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the contract addendum; authorize the mayor to sign the related documents.
