SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Cameron Arial at Zion’s Bank and his team have been monitoring the bond markets for potential refunding opportunities for the City’s current bond debt in the Water and Wastewater funds
as well as the McCall Redevelopement Agency bonds. Cameron will present to the Council an analysis of potential refunding opportunities for the for City’s bond debt
Attached is a copy of his presentation and a draft Idaho Bond Bank Authority loan application. If the Council wishes to proceed with the refunding, we will receive a request letter with
more issue-specific data before it is signed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Direct staff to proceed with refunding the Sewer Revenue bonds authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
