SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The purpose of this agenda item is to assist the Council with the Public Hearing process. There will be several public hearings scheduled over the next few months so staff thought it
would be helpful to the Council to provide a refresher on the Public Hearing and Quasi-Judicial Process. Staff will work through the attached document provided by the Association of
Idaho Cities with the Council.
