Roll Call: Chairman Balingit, Vice -Chairman Davis, Commissioner Smith, Commissioner
Bennecke were present. Commissioner Salinas was excused.

1) Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 14, 2012.
Recommendation: Approval of the Minutes of August 14, 2012 as presented.
Motion by Council Member Bennecke, Seconded by Council Member Davis to approve the Minutes as
presented. Vote: 4/0
2) Scheduled Matters/Public Hearings
a. Farmer Boys, Specific Plan Amendment 12 -SPA -01, Parcel Map36488, Plot Plan 12 -PP -02
and Sign Program Amendment, Located at 1538 Second Street Marketplace (Wal-Mart
Center). Applicant: HHI Riverside, LLC
Recommendation: Hold a Public Hearing; Approve Plot Plan 12 -PP -01 subject to the proposed
Conditions of Approval; Approve the Farmer Boys Sign Program Addendum to the Wal-Mart Program;
Recommend to the City Council approval of the amended Beaumont Partners Specific Plan; and
Recommend to the City Council Approval of Tentative Parcel Map 36488.

proposed Conditions of Approval; Approve the Farmer Boys Sign Program Addendum to the Wal-Mart
Program; Recommend to the City Council approval of the amended Beaumont Partners Specific Plan;
and Recommend to the City Council Approval of Tentative Parcel Map 36488. Vote: 410
