Pledge of Allegiance Affidavit of Posting Adjustments to the Agenda: None ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS: None 1) Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 11, 2012. Recommendation: Approval of the Minutes of September 11, 2012 as presented. Motion by Commissioner Davis, Seconded by Commissioner Bennecke to approve the minutes as presented. Vote: 411 (Commissioner Smith abstained due to absence from meeting) Commissioner Davis recused himself and left the dais. 2) Scheduled Matters/Public Hearings a. RAMONA TIRES - FIRESTONE, SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT 12 -SPA -02, PARCEL MAP 36506, PLOT PLAN 12 -PP -04 AND SIGN PROGRAM AMENDMENT, LOCATED AT 1488 SECOND STREET MARKETPLACE (HOME DEPOT CENTER) APPLICANT: FOUNTAINHEAD DEVELOPMENT Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission: 1. Hold a Public Hearing 2. Recommended to City Council approval of the amended Home Depot Specific Plan. 3. Recommend to City Council approval of Tentative Panel Map 36506, subject to the proposed Conditions of Approval 4. Approve Plot Plan 12 -PP -04, subject to the proposed Conditions of Approval. 5_ Approve the Firestone Sign Program Addendum to the Home Depot Sign Program.
