SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City’s internal phone system has been in service for about 5 years. The PBX control computer and software platform are at the limit of their service life and supportability. This
is a planned and budgeted transition to a hosted phone system platform. Legal review has been complied with, and this is the least-cost of three responsive proposals that the City evaluated.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the agreement between the City of McCall and InCom Telecom, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
