1) Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 13, 2012.
Recommendation: Approval of the Minutes of November 13, 2012 as presented.
Motion by Commissioner Bennecke, Seconded by Commissioner Davis to approve the minutes as
presented. Cote: 510
2) Scheduled Matters/Public Hearincs
a. Conditional Use Permit No. 12 -CUP -11 Padworks, Inc. - A Proposed Indoor Carpet Recycling
Center at 155 E. 3"' Street. Applicant: Adam Habib
Recommendation: Receive Staff Report, Request additional comments from the Public (Public
Hearing is still open from meeting of November 13, 2012), Close Public Hearing; and Approve Conditional
Use Permit No. 12 -CUP -11, based upon the findings stipulated herein, subject to the attached conditions
of approval.

Motion by Commissioner Bennecke, Seconded by Commissioner Davis to approve Conditional Use

The Planning Commission thanked Commissioner Salinas for his term on the Planning Commission. His
service was appreciated.
