Call to Order: 6:00 p.m. Place: Civic Center, Room 5
Roll Call: Chairman Smith, Vice—Chairman Davis, Commissioner Bennecke,
Commissioner Wirick were present. Commissioner Balingit was absent.

1) Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 8, 2013.
Recommendation: Approval of the Minutes of January 8, 2013 as presented.
Motion by Commissioner Wirick, Seconded by Commissioner Davis to approve the
Minutes of January 8, 2013 as presented. Vote: 319 Commissioner Bennecke abstain
due to absence from the meeting)
2) Scheduled Matters/Public Hearings
a. Conditional Use Permit No. 13 -CUP -01, Request for Alcohol Sales for Type 41
On -Sale Beer and Wine Sales at "The Woodland Grill" Located at 762 Beaumont
Avenue. Applicant The Woodland Grill, LLC
Recommendation: Receive staff report, Hold a Public Hearing, and Approve
Conditional Use Permit No. 13 -CUP -01, based upon the findings and subject to the
conditions of approval.

Commission for review in one year, no stacking of vehicles on the property, no ramps
for vehicle display. Vote: 410
