Call to Order: 6:00 p.m. Place: Beaumont Civic Center
Roll Call: Chairman Smith, Vice Chairman Bennecke, Commissioner Wirick,
Commissioner Tinker, and Commissioner Dale were present.

1) Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 12, 2013.
Recommendation: Approval of the Minutes of November 12, 2013 as presented.
Motion by Commissioner Bennecke, Seconded by Commissioner Wirick to approve the
Minutes of November 12, 2013 as presented. Vote: 510
2) Scheduled Matters/Public Hearings
a. Four Seasons Recreation Center #2; Plot Plan 13 -PP -05, Located at the
Southeast Intersection of Four Seasons Circle and Mesa Verde Park. Applicant:

Recommendation: Receive Staff report, Open a Public Hearing, and continue to the
Regular Meeting of January 14, 2014.

into 4 lots for conveyance purposes; Located West of Tukwet Canyon

Recommendation: Receive Staff Report, Hold a Public Hearing, and Recommend to the
City Council the approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 32775 for a period of two -years
based on the findings and subject to the conditions of approval.

Recommendation: Receive Staff Report, Take Testimony, and Continue the Public
Hearing to the Regular Meeting of February 11, 2014 at approximately 6:00 p.m.
