Call to Order: 6:00 p.m. Place: Beaumont Civic Center
Roll Call: Chairman Smith, Vice Chairman Bennecke,
Commissioner Wirick, Commissioner Tinker, and Commissioner Dale
were present.

Directors Report: None
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: None
1) Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 8, 2013.
Recommendation: Approval of the Minutes of October 8, 2013 as presented.
Motion by Commissioner Bennecke, Seconded by Commissioner Wirick to approve the
Minutes as presented. Vote: 510
2) Scheduled Matters/Public Hearings
a. Conditional Use Permit No 13 -CUP -12, A Request for Live Entertainment at the
"Sandtrap Sports Bar and Grill" Located at 892 W. Oak Valley Pkwy, Suite #A-2
Recommendation: Hold a Public Hearing, Review, and Approve Conditional Use
Permit No. 13 -CUP -12, subject to the conditions of approval.

Site Consumption and Live Entertainment at "Victor's Restaurant and Bar"
Located at 1620 E. Second Street Marketplace, Suite C. Applicant: Victor
Rosetti
Recommendation: Hold a Public Hearing, Review, and Approve amended Conditional
Use Permit No. 13 -CUP -11, subject to the conditions of approval.

amended Conditional Use Permit No. 13 -CUP -11, subject to the conditions of approval.

C. Conditional Use Permit No. 13 -CUP -09 — "Hope Academy" Located at 240
Maple Avenue, Suite A
Recommendation: Receive Staff Report, Take Testimony, and Continue the Public
Hearing to the Regular Meeting of December 10, 2013 at approximately 6:00 p.m.
Staff report was given by Rebecca Deming, Planning Director
Motion by Commissioner Bennecke, Seconded by Commissioner Wirick to continue the
public hearing until December 10, 2013 to allow the application time to provide the
additional information that was requested by the Planning Commission at the October 8,
2013 meeting. Vote: 510
