SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall was awarded federal funding through the Idaho State Historic Preservation Office to hire a consultant to perform the work necessary to nominate the Payette Lake Inn
to the National Register of Historic Places. A Request for Proposals was distributed to six qualified consultants, and one response was received. The Historic Preservation Commission
and the State Historic Preservation Office have reviewed the proposal and support hiring ASM Affiliates to perform the work.
Attached is the contract for ASM Affiliates along with the proposed statement of work for the project. The contract has been reviewed by the City Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the contract with ASM Affiliates for the survey and national register nomination work for the Payette Lake Inn and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
