The Historic District Commission of the City known as the Town of Watertown will hold a public
hearing on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Governor's Order
Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G. L. c. 30A, § 20, relating to the 2020
Covid-19 emergency and to avoid group congregation, this meeting will only have remote
opportunities for participation with public access provided as follows:

1. Election- Election for Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary for the Historic District Commission
2. Review- Minutes from July 23, 2020 Historic District Commission Meeting
3. Public Hearing- 120 Mt. Auburn St- to review the application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness for repair of the facade of the building. Marcia Harmon, Applicant,

4. Informational Meeting- 18 Palfrey St- to discuss addition of a driveway on the side of the
house and replace fence along the back of the house. Ash Nagpal, Owner
5. Informational Meeting- 34 Marshall St.- to discuss removing the siding and materials for
