SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The election of a new Mayor and Council President requires the Council to update the list of signatories on the City of McCall’s bank accounts.
Resolution 16-01 authorizes the newly elected Mayor and Council President to sign checks and other disbursements.
Some of the signatures may not change; however, to maintain consistency and ensure we are current it is good practice to renew every 2 years.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 16-01 designating the Mayor and Council President as signatories on the City of McCall’s bank accounts and authorize the Mayor, Council President, City Manager,
and City Treasurer to sign all necessary documents.
