SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This agenda bill was requested by Mayor Aymon to discuss concerns which have been voiced over the status of Hayes Street (a gravel/dirt road intersecting Boydstun Lane). The attached
memorandum provides information about the city’s maintenance protocol for gravel/dirt roads and limitations regarding ability to fund paving of these roads. The Streets Superintendent
and City Manager will be present to help guide this discussion and answer questions of the Council.
