SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The McCall Public Library was awarded Local Option Tax (LOT) monies in the amount of $8000 for a new ADA Circulation Desk. This money was awarded in August of 2015 and should be used
by August of 2016. The library’s new ADA circulation desk is currently still under review by the Director with the newly hired Library Design Consultants, and the project will be completed
early in FY17. The Library Director and Library Board are requesting an extension to carry forward the $8000 into the FY17 budget.
Attached is the LOT Application for the ADA Circulation Desk.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the extension of spending of FY15 LOT funds of $8000 for new library circulation desk in FY17.
