SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board recommends that the City Council appoint Michele L. Hughes,
Executive Director of Mentoring Youth Supporting Teens, Inc. (MYST) to the Parks and Recreation
Advisory Committee for a term that will expire in July of 2018. The Committee unanimously voted for
the appointment of Michele L. Hughes at the December 2015 meeting.
Michele will be replacing Ed Roper who resigned from the Committee.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Appoint Michele L. Hughes to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee to a term to expire July of
2018.
