SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On May 1, 2016, Jay Kiiha joined White Peterson. Prosecution services have continued as before. Since Mr. Kiiha has joined this firm, he has requested that the city consent to his
assignment of the prosecution services contract. The firm has established an office in McCall to facilitate this service.
The assignment and original agreement are attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Consent to the Assignment of the 2015-16 Prosecution Services Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
