SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City Council has the line item 10-45-150-325 titled “Economic Development” within the City budget. The $8,000 in FY16 has been carried forward and $8,000 is planned in FY17 which
totals $16,000 for economic development. The City Council requested the CDD identify options on how these funds could be used in FY17. The attached memo provides a list of possible
options for the FY17 Economic Development funding.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide direction to staff on economic development priorities and reserve funding for City economic development initiatives that can be approved as a bundle or approved individually
by the City Council in FY17.
