SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The McCall City Code Title 3, Chapter 17 outlines the code enforcement procedure for the City or Impact for those who have violated any provisions of Title 3, Planning and Zoning. For
minor violations within the City of McCall, the Code Enforcement Officer typically handles complaints regarding violations. More significant violations, like failure to comply with
a development agreement (contract), are handled using the procedure outlined in Chapter 17. In the Area of Impact (County jurisdiction), City staff are required to follow this procedure
for any complaint while working with the County Prosecutor’s Office.
The Community Development Director will review the code and get feedback from the City Council on the process. Attached is the McCall City Code Chapter 17: Enforcement for review.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide direction to staff on existing code chapter.
