SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The intent of this agenda bill is to begin presenting elements of wastewater consolidation to the City Council. This presentation meets the timeline recently provided to the City Council.
Multiple presentations will be provided to the Council over the course of the upcoming months. This first presentation will review the history, background, and initial recommendations
of the JWAG as provided to the Council before leading into discussion components of the draft annexation agreement.
