SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the September 8, 2016 City Council meeting, Council rejected all received well drilling bids and directed SPF Water Engineering to rebid the well drilling project with a revised scope
of work as presented by Eric Landsberg (SPF) in his September 8, 2016 memo.
SPF reissued their invitation to bid on September 9, 2016 to all three original bidders. All bids will be received by September 15, 2016. Staff will present to Council the results of
the second bidding, and provide a recommendation for a well drilling contract award.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize staff to issue a “Notice of Award” to _____________ and authorize the Mayor sign all necessary documents.
