SUMMARY STATEMENT:
In accordance with the Minimum Standards for Commercial Operators at the McCall Municipal Airport, McCall Auto Club Rental is seeking approval to operate at McCall Airport. The rental
car business is applying as an Independent Operator and meets all requirements as set forth in the appropriate requirements matrix in Appendix C of the Minimum Standards. McCall Auto
Club Rental will not lease any airport space, however the approval of this application is required for the business to use the airport for vehicle drop off or pick up. McCall Auto
Club Rental will collect and remit to the city the 10% airport rental car fee for contracts that have an airport pick up or drop off.
The Airport Advisory Committee reviewed the application during the October 13, 2016 meeting and recommends approval.
Attached to the agenda bill is the Application Package.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the application of McCall Auto Club Rental and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
