SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Ricoh copiers at Public Works and City Hall are at end of lease. Ricoh provides copier leasing on the State of Idaho purchasing contract. Staff desired to continue with like copiers
and Ricoh provided proposals consistent with staff requirements. Costs are comparable to the prior leases over the past 5 years. Idaho addendum PADD17200088, Exhibit A includes a non-appropriations
clause for multiple year leases.
Attached are the copier leases and placement forms.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Ricoh State contract copier proposals and placement forms for two copier leases, Public Works at $176.93 /month, and City Hall at $285.32 /month, and authorize the Mayor
to sign all related documents.
