Airport      Library    TIMELINE: Immediately Information Systems      Grant Coordinator    SUMMARY STATEMENT: As part of the final engineering approval requirements for ROS-16-10, which was conditionally approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on 9/6/16, J. R. Simplot Company is providing an underground utility easement for the existing water and sewer infrastructure that exists on this property. Utility easements was originally required as part of the civil plan approval for this development in the early 1980s, but formal easements were never conveyed to the City. The proposed easement agreement (attached) follow the City’s utility easement template and has been reviewed by City staff and our legal counsel. Once recorded the instrument number for this easement will be added to the Record of Survey (also attached) that will be filed with Valley County. Attached: 16062MS-ROS-revised Oct 6, 2016 Easement to Stewart  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the proposed easement agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign all documents and the Clerk to proceed with recordation with Valley County.
