SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Humphries Poli Architects proposed 2 possible alternatives to solve Library Expansion needs to Council during the October 21st work session. City staff is requesting Council approval
to move forward with preliminary planning stages of either draft Option A or draft Option B as presented.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Provide recommendation to staff on moving forward with conceptual plans for either Option A or Option B.
Or
Provide direction in the form of a list of questions for Staff to answer in order to move forward with preliminary planning for either Option.
