SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Logan Simpson, as an amendment to the contract for the McCall Area Comprehensive Plan Update and Transportation Master Plan, will provide additional services to complete the following:
(1)Transportation Master Plan Phase II, (2) Building, Planning and Zoning/Subdivision and Development Code Updates, and (3) development Workforce Housing Strategy for the City of McCall.
The contract has been reviewed by the City Attorney.
Attached is the McCall in Motion Phase II Contract Amendment, Exhibit D which is the project schedule, and the 160301 McCall Executed Contract.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the amendment to the contract for additional services to complete the following: (1) Transportation Master Plan Phase II, (2) Building, Planning and Zoning/Subdivision and Development
Code Updates, and (3) development of Workforce Housing Strategy for the City of McCall.
