SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall and McCall Donnelly School District (MDSD) entered into a lease agreement on May 10, 2004 for the development of a public skateboard park on a 1. 4 acre parcel of
MDSD property. The City of McCall is interested in developing additional recreational facilities on the leased parcel, to include a mountain bike skills park. All current lease provisions
such as duration, maintenance requirements, and liability insurance requirements will apply to any new facilities developed on the parcel.
Attached are the 2004 MDSD lease and a draft addendum that has been reviewed by the City Attorney. The School District’s attorney has also reviewed the draft addendum.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the addendum to the McCall Donnelly Skateboard Park lease agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign any necessary documents.
