SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Task Addendum No. 1 to Agreement for Litigation and Related Legal Services issues task to White, Peterson, Gigray, & Nichols, P.A. to provide legal services.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve a resolution of the City Council of the City of McCall, Valley County, State of Idaho, making certain findings and purposes; authorizing the Mayor as the authorized agent of
this city to issue the “Task Addendum No. 1 to the Master Agreement for Litigation and Related Legal Services” by and between the City of McCall and the law firm of White, Peterson,
Gigray & Nichols, P.A. (“White Peterson”) directing the City Clerk; and setting an effective date and sign all related documents.
