SUMMARY STATEMENT:
McCall Winter Sports Club (MWSC) is awaiting LOT award #16-38 of $2,450 in approximately August 2016. This award is to help offset expenses incurred hosting the Big Mountain Competition
at Brundage in February of 2016. Under a second LOT award, #16-39, $3,350 will be distributed to help with the Tri-Divisional/IMD Championships being hosted in March 2016. Having
completed the Big Mountain Competition, MWSC's expenses came in under budget. However, current expenses for IMD Championships are exceeding budget. MWSC is requesting to use the remaining
funds from the Big Mountain Competition toward the IMD Championships.
Please see the attached letter from Nancy Giles, MWSC Program Director, for more information regarding the request for reallocation of funds.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the reallocation of surplus FY16 LOT funds from MWSC's LOT Request #16-38 to cover expenses associated with LOT #16-39.
