SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The intent of this agenda bill is to provide an initial review of the proposed ordinance to amend McCall City Code 8-14-8 and a draft resolution to enact a ban of alcohol in city parks
on/around July 4th. Pending comments from the Council, staff will bring this code amendment and resolution back to the Council on April 14, 2016 to request approval.
Enclosed with this agenda bill is a draft ordinance showing recommended amendments to MCC 8-14-8 and a draft resolution for ban of alcohol in city parks for dates/times specified within
the resolution.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Give direction to staff, if available, regarding the enclosed draft code amendment and resolution.
