SUMMARY STATEMENT:
During the Council Meeting on March 11, 2016 Council members directed staff to move forward with planning of a land application process for the City of McCall following a presentation
by SPF Water. Following this decision, the JWAG held a meeting on March 17th to discuss next steps in the planning of this process as well as review the next steps related to consolidation
planning. Present at the meeting were representatives from Zions Bank, J-U-B Engineers, SPF Water, as well as legal counsel for the City and the District. An update on the outcomes
of this meeting will be provided during this discussion.
Additionally, the City and the PLRWSD staff members have completed development and review of a scope of work from FCS Group for completion of a rate study process. It is our hope that
we will present a contract for these services to the Council during the 24 March Council meeting. This rate study will analyze City rates, PLRWSD rates, and also consider a consolidated
rate for potential consolidation of these agencies. The scope of work provided by FCS Group has been vetted through Zions Bank to ensure that it meets investment needs.
