AUTHORIZING CLOSURE OF VARGA DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering has advised the Mayor and Council that there is
a need to close Varga Drive to thru traffic, to include some overnight period(s), for the
safety of vehicular traffic during a major sewer rehabilitation project in the area.
construction; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:
1. That-tile closure of Varga Drive to vehicular traffic is hereby authorized
and directed for such period(s), to include overnight closures, as
determined necessary by the Borough's Director of Engineering.
2. That, when the Borough's D of Engineering determines that any
further closure of Varga Drive is no longer necessary, fie shall so advise
the Borough Clerk of the same in writing, and this resolution shall no
- longer have any force or affect.
Adopted this 18 day of October, 2012
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 19, 2012.
