SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The intent of this agenda bill is to request approval of an ordinance to amend McCall City Code 8-14-8 to allow for a ban of alcohol within city parks between 1 and 7 July each year
(if needed) through resolution of the Council. The Council reviewed the proposed ordinance at their March 24, 2016 Regular Meeting. A copy of the proposed ordinance is enclosed with
this agenda bill.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules and read by title only one time only Ordinance No. _______.
Adopt Ordinance No. _______ to amend McCall City Code 8-14-8 to allow for a ban of alcohol within city parks between July 1 and July 7 each year through resolution of the Council and
authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
