SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This agenda bill is to request acceptance of a lowest bidder for replacement of Golf Course Club House windows and doors. Requests for project bids were requested from 3 separate companies.
Bids are due for opening on Wednesday the 27th and we will bring the lowest bid to council for approval.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the low bid and award the contract to __________, and authorize the Mayor to sign any and all necessary documents.
