SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the December 19, 2013 City Council meeting, Council discussed and worked through a discussion on proposed amendments to Title 5 and Title 8 regarding interference with snow removal
and parking along Third Street. After much discussion, City Council directed staff to make the necessary revisions to Title 5 and Title 8 in the form of a draft ordinance.
Attached is the draft ordinance with the proposed Title 5 and Title 8 amendments for your review and consideration.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Review and consider the draft ordinance with the proposed Code amendments. Direct staff to make any necessary revisions and to prepare a final ordinance for adoption at a future meeting.
