The proposed development also includes a 2400 sq. ft. point of sale building that will house ticket sales, concessions, bathrooms and provide go-kart storage. An associated development agreement defines public improvements to be completed by the applicant and by the City, and provides a construction timeline. Hours of operation proposed by the applicant are 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sunday thru Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday. On May 6, 2014, the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing and recommended this Conditional Use Permit application (CUP-14-02) to the McCall City Council for approval with a second public hearing. As a condition of recommended approval, the Commission limited the hours of operation to 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Approve the Development Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents. 3.
