SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Verizon Wireless is interested in looking at the McCall Municipal Golf Course as a possible site for a cell tower. This is only for a feasibility study. Any proposal would have to go
through a Conditional Use Permit and Design Review process including neighborhood meetings and public hearings. The attached Right of Entry Form gives Verizon Wireless access to the
Golf Course to conduct their assessment and has been reviewed by the city attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Right of Entry Consent for Verizon Wireless and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
